Transportation Coordination Notice

Important: Before transportation arrangements can be finalized, the RSS Business Office must work directly with the transportation provider regarding contract review, execution, insurance requirements, and payment processing. After transportation details and pricing have been negotiated, the field trip organizer is responsible for introducing the RSS Business Office to the transportation provider's primary contact so the contract review and payment process can begin. Please provide complete transportation provider contact information and a summary of the negotiated services and pricing below.

A detailed budget worksheet must be uploaded with this submission. The budget should include all known and estimated expenses, including transportation, facility fees, admission fees, insurance, refreshments, guides, equipment rentals, and any other costs associated with the field trip.

If multiple RIGs are sponsoring the field trip, the budget must clearly identify the cost-sharing arrangement and the amount each RIG has agreed to contribute.
