Evan England publishes series of research briefs on local farm food systems
Evan England, Assistant Director of the Center for Social Policy in Practice and research assistant professor in the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire, recently published a series of briefs with colleagues on collaborative aggregation and marketing of local farm food. The briefs focus on analyzing farmers’ collaboration strategies, customer relation strategies, and customer perspectives on barriers to participation in the local farm food market. The briefs use data from case studies and interviews.
