Guangqing Chi participates in trip organized by the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement
Guangqing Chi, Provost Professor of Geography at Indiana University and PI of the Environmental Demography Network, recently took part in a trip organized by the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement. Over the course of three days, participants met with local community leaders, visited community organizations and businesses, and learned about the challenges facing rural Indiana as well as local initiatives aimed at strengthening and revitalizing rural communities. The trip provided an opportunity to listen to local perspectives and gain firsthand knowledge of rural communities in Indiana.
