Held before the main program begins, these 2- to 4-hour sessions allow time for hands-on instruction, skill-building, and sustained discussion. Organizers determine the workshop structure, enrollment limits, participant needs, and materials, while the RSS Business Office coordinates registration, space, and applicable participant fees.
